A brief history of American Space to make my point that NASA needs a mission change to modernize its purpose of improving rockets or suffer obsolescence despite its current achievements.
A known pessimist, Walt Harper is a protagonist of all things good and an antagonist of most things that need dismissal. One thing that makes anything good is its durability through time, and NASA is lingering in its mission. In my opinion, it’s time to demand more from Nasa and the 2% of the Federal Budget that it spends annually.
