About the Author

Gina Hookway was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. After graduating from Kent State University, Gina worked as a Child Life Specialist for an adolescent behavioral health unit teaching life skills in group settings. Gina lives in Stow, Ohio with her husband William and children. They enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, e-biking, and with friends and family.
