The only thing worse to Detective Ethan Blake than becoming famous on the local news for his success at hunting criminals is the latest task set before him: an outreach program at Woodbury High School. After a mind-numbing presentation, in which the only highlight is the lovely Ms. Williams, he wants nothing more than to return to his case files.
But when shots ring out through the crowded hallway, Blake is faced with a case he’d hoped never to have to solve. And with the rapid-fire echoing and footsteps drawing near, he has mere moments to come up with a plan.
